Owners cover mortgage, taxes, insurance, utilities, routine maintenance, and major repairs. Seasonal services like lawn care or snow removal are also owner responsibilities. We’ll help coordinate vendors when needed, but all costs related to the home remain yours.

Normal wear and tear comes with hosting—things like carpet cleaning, touch-up paint, or replacing dishes. Our proactive inspections and professional cleaning help minimize issues and keep your home in excellent shape.

We ask owners to purchase their own linens since it’s more cost-effective long term. Many companies roll linens into “programs” with higher fees, but owning your own ensures consistent quality without extra markup. We’ll guide you on what to buy or purchase them on your behalf, whatever is better for you. Once purchased, our cleaners will handle laundering and turnover.
